Do not buy this game, I repeat, do NOT buy this game. It is the worst game I've ever played, and I didn't even have to play it that long to figure out how bad it was. For starters, the game is insane to run. It needs a supercomputer to run it. I feel like I'm using a potato to play it. Secondly, the inventory menu is just terrible. It takes forever to even find what you're looking for in the menu. Third, controls, sure on PC I can change the controls no problem, but on console, i can't imagine how bad the controls are. Fourth, the game is stretched out way too much, it should be half as long, but the makers dragged it out as much as possible to make it seem like a longer game, when it's really just a slower game. With how bad this game is, I can't imagine that The Witcher 3 is any good at all. I would never recommend this game to anyone. I would rather die than let someone play this game. Nobody should ever have to suffer like I did on this game. Overall I would give it a 1/10 only because it looks pretty. If you like this game, then you need to stop playing video games altogether, because you have terrible taste in video games. This trash game does not even deserve to be called a game. It's just a terrible game. And that's all I have to say about that.
Postal 2 is a really fun, really addicting, easy to run, cheap game. Four of the best qualities in games all wrapped into one. If you haven't heard of this game, look it up. I've had so much fun on this game. It's controls are super simple, it's graphics are alright, and the gameplay is so fun. Postal 2 has the standard controls of any first person shooter, so nothing fancy. The graphics on Postal 2 are alright, it's a game from the early 2000's or maybe even 1999, you can't expect much in visuals on a game that old. The story of Postal 2 is a pretty simple concept, you're a man who has to do some chores during the week, such as voting, or getting your book signed by Gary Coleman, but the game has a huge twist. Almost every chore you do leads to something terrible happening, such as a shootout between Gary Coleman and the police. So whenever you do a chore, you have to be prepared to fight for your life.At one point, after returning a book to the library, you have to escape the library because some people have set it on fire. Overall, I would give this game a 8/10, because it's so fun to play and replay. It also makes fun of itself in some cases. It's just overall a great game, and it's on sale for one dollar quite often. And you get to shoot stuff, so what's not to like?
Sitting Simulator is a great game. It's full of content, has great graphics, and very simple controls. In Sitting Simulator you can choose what kind of chair you want to sit in, and what location you want to sit in. My favorite combination is sitting on a toilet in the desert. The graphics are amazing for how fast I'm assuming the game was put together. The controls are very simple, because there are no controls. You can't do anything with your character except look around when you're in the chair. There is no story to this game, but you can make one up as you play if you want. I'm not quite sure how far you'll get in creating a story out of sitting on a rocking chair on the moon, but if you can get pretty far, that's impressive. I haven't played this game as much as I've played Grass Simulator, but I have played it enough to give it a solid 10/10. This game has been one of the best experiences I've ever had. If you haven't played this game yet, then you definitely need to get it and play it until you get sick of it, but that won't happen, because the game is just THAT great. After playing this game, I'm gonna go and try to find games similar to this one. If I find a game better than this one, which probably won't happen, I'll definitely put it up here for you guys to see.
As you can probably guess, I'm running out of games for this. Grass Simulator is probably the best game I've ever played, there is so much you can do in it. The plot of the game is that you're stuck on an island and you have to watch grass grow. It's a pretty basic game, with basic graphics and basic controls. You can run, crouch, sprint, and even use a flashlight to help you watch the grass grow. The graphics settings are either low, medium, or high, but I'm pretty sure anything can run it on high. Trying to leave the island by swimming off leads to instant death. So you either have to watch grass grow or face certain death. But I don't see how anyone would choose death over watching grass grow, it's so exciting! I'm on the edge of my seat every time a blade of grass moves. If you haven't played this game already, go download it! It's the best game ever. I would give it an 11/10, and yeah, I can do that. After playing this game, I was introduced to a ton of new amazing games, such as Sitting Simulator, which equally as great as this game. I've put maybe a few hours on to this game already, and it doesn't lose it's appeal at all. The replayability of this game is insane. You can even challenge yourself to see how long you can watch the grass grow. Everyone should definitely have this game.
A while back, Black Ops 3 got it's first dlc, and I would say it's an amazing first dlc, especially when you compare this dlc to Black Ops 2's first dlc. Starting off with the zombies map, Der Eisendrache, which means The Iron Dragon. Overall the map is amazing, I've played it a few times, and I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but it is something I wouldn't mind playing every day. Most people think that Der Eisendrache is a difficult map, as you can get trapped very easily, but I think it's a relatively easy map. Definitely not suited for beginners, but once you get the hang of how Black Ops 3 zombies works, it's pretty easy to avoid death on this map. Der Eisendrache looks amazing as well as plays amazing. The map is flooded with floating objects and the map is pretty big. You even have to use the outside of the map for some parts of the game. The guns are all standard, but I would suggest the Vesper if you play the map, because that things rips zombies in half. Now, on to the multiplayer maps, I've only really played one of them, Skyjacked. Skyjacked is a remake of Hijacked from Black Ops 2, it's just a worse version of it. Treyarch would've been smarter just to rip Hijacked out of Black Ops 2 and slap it into Black Ops 3, because Skyjacked is just awful. So overall I would give the zombies a 7/10 and the multiplayer a 4/10.
Batman: Arkham Origins is the third game in the Arkham series, but the story of it takes place before the first two games. It has an amazing story. It's Christmas Eve, and in one night, Batman learns that eight assassins have been hired to kill him for 50 million dollars, among those assassins, there are familiar faces like Bane and Deathstroke. After learning that assassins are coming after him, he learns who the Joker is. This game adds a few new things that weren't in previous Arkham games, such as the Shock Gloves that electrify anything batman touches, if he wants them to. The combat system was improved even more for this game, making it way easier to block and counter attacks, but Arkham Origins also has a lot more people with guns, so it teaches you how to use stealth, because you'll need it for this game. The past two Arkham games you could just rush in and take everyone out, but in Origins, if you rush out, you'll be sprayed by bullets from every direction. Again, the main storyline gameplay gives you about 8 hours of playing time, but side missions and riddles will keep you playing for a good while. I would give this game an overall 10/10 because this game is amazing, I would still take Arkham City over it anyday, but it's pretty close. I would suggest this game to anyone looking to get into the arkham series because this one is probably the easiest, and it's the first chronologically, so it really eases you into the series.
Batman: Arkham City is a really interesting game, with WAY more content than Arkham Asylum. Arkham City takes place after Arkham Asylum and all of the prisoners from Arkham Asylum have been moved to a new prison like place in uptown Gotham. After being taken into the prison as Bruce Wayne, you have to beat up penguin's thugs, and then Bruce calls for his batsuit and proceeds to investigate Arkham City. This game more or less revolves around Penguin, with a bit of the Joker, who is slowly dying from a poison that he used on himself at Arkham Asylum. In some parts of the game, you can play as Catwoman. I haven't used her much, but as soon as i finish all of these blog posts, I'm probably gonna go back and try to finish her storyline. The gameplay was fixed by a lot, now being able to grapple while running, and the combat system being upgraded to make it more friendly to the player. Arkham City is probably one of the best games I've ever played, and it has amazing graphics. I would definitely give it a 10/10, because there is nothing wrong with the game from what I've seen. Arkham City is pretty easy to learn how to play, and once you get the hang of it, it's a piece of cake. The game has 8 hours of main storyline gameplay again, and all the side missions and riddles will get you an easy 40 hours.
Batman: Arkham Asylum is a great game, I'll just start with that. If you haven't played it yet, then you need to go out and buy it. It has a great story as well as great gameplay. If you enjoy Assassin's Creed games, then you'll love this game. It has the same core mechanics as Assassin's Creed, but I think it's a bit harder. All the way through the game, you have to think, because The Riddler gives you these hard to solve riddles, as he usually does, and you have to figure them out. Basically, you start out at arkham asylum when The Joker is caught, but Batman believes that the Joker wanted to get himself caught as part of a plan, so Batman accompanies Joker. Harley Quinn takes control of the security and Commissioner Gordon is kidnapped. Joker escapes into the facility and then you take over. Arkham Asylum only has 8 hours of gameplay if you only play the main storyline, but if you do all the side missions and the riddles, then you can get maybe 30+ hours. For a 2009 game, it has amazing graphics, probably because the game is so much smaller than the other Batman games. Arkham Asylum doesn't really help you out with what you're supposed to do, other than maybe a few hints, so you really have to stay focused while playing this game. Overall, I would give Arkham Asylum a 9/10. It would be a 10/10 but the combat system can really screw you over in some cases.
Payday 2 is an excellent game, especially if you enjoy robbing people. You get all the sensation of robbing people, without going to jail. The graphics are great and the gameplay is great. There is really no reason not to get Payday 2. It can get annoying when you have to carry bags of loot back to the van as it slows you down, and you have to take each bag one at a time, usually while getting shot at. For every heist you usually have to take 3 to 6 bags back to the getaway van, but cops never stop coming, so you have to clear out the wave of cops on you, and quickly get to the van, and back inside the jewelry store or wherever the heist is set. You can customize your character quite a lot, such as giving him different clothes to wear, changing the mask he wears, and even customizing the guns he can use. You do all this customization with the money you earn from heists, so try to grind those heists out as quick as possible, so you can have some fun with the game. There are some really bad things about the game, such as the iron sights, and the recoil of the guns. The iron sights are horrible, you can't see a single thing through those things. You need a red dot to be able to kill anybody. The recoil is just horrible, one second after pulling the trigger, you'll basically be looking at the ceiling. I give this game an overall 7/10, while being generous.
ARK Survival Evolved is one of the best survival games out right now, probably most popular due to the dinosaurs in it! People are suckers for dinosaurs. It also has a lot of content. I haven't played it much as I recently got it, but I know there is a ton of stuff to do in it. It's currently in Early Access so it's being tweaked all the time. There is an update for it quite often, and I'm pretty impressed with how well this game is doing, and how far it's come. It's coming to Playstation 4 and Xbox One in the near future, and I'm sure it will be mostly finished and out of Early Access by then, because it's harder for console gamers to give feedback about the game. You start out basically naked and with nothing at the start of the game, and you get to make your own character! The characters you can make can be hilarious, because you can make yourself look ridiculous, but if you want to be serious about building your character, it goes very in depth about what they look like. After you spawn in the game, you should get to getting some wood first. Play it like Minecraft to get the wood, just punch some trees! after getting some wood you can get a pickaxe, an axe, and even a torch if you want! After all that it's just up to how you want to play the game. This game is basically Minecraft with amazing graphics! I give it a 10/10.
